What sucks but is also kinda crazy looking back, is not being able to bail out of the car. Having to sit through some of the most abysmal crashes ever and not being able to get out till the car comes to a compete stop is a small but hugely impactful feature

GTA 3 is awesome maybe slow down the car so you can just exit the vehicle!

Tried doing a mafia rampage after all mafia mission completed...wasn't happening, wasted every time with a shotgun blast 😂

Yeah it was good as a first 3D GTA game! Every thing was just a simple But the kids will not understand and the 18 young peoples these days but I can’t blow them it’s looks boring in theses days compared to the newer GTA games.

I had found memories of dominating this game as a kid. Earlier this year I decided to dust off the ps2 and replay gta3. Despite about a week of effort I couldn't get far at all and kept dying and couldn't land a shot to save my life. I think the answer is yes, gta 3 used to be amazing but in the years since games have become more refined and controllable. This led to all of us unlearning the unique controls of these old games making them near impossible to play. Gta 3 was not the only one. Over the last year I have attempted a nostalgia run of all my old ps1/ps2 games and have found that about half are now totally unplayable due to their wonky controls. Games I mastered every bit of 20 years ago are now a labor to get through simple tasks. If you really want to drive your insane load up a ps1 era Armored Core game and try to play it. It's a shame really. I have such fond memories of these old games and now they must remain memories because new age controls have ruined my ability to adapt to the old physics.

I got it again on mobile. Had to. It’s incredible. You gotta understand from my perspective. I’m 38. I was blessed to see the “gaming” scene progress. I layed witness to the beauty of sega master system and NES. I had older cousins so it gave me access to them at an early age and I remember the arcade as a dream world. You should’ve been there if you hadn’t. That’s were you tested your “skillz”. 😂 Going from all that, to N64 and PlayStation just blowing the world away, I would have to say Gta 3 on PS2 was Golden era of games. I remember reading in the PS Magazines -and Gameinformer about this game way before it’s release. I remember telling my cousin that this game was going to change everything. Open world third person shooter with free roam. Hell yes…perfection 🤌😚…but those g@h d#$€ poles!!!!!!! 🤬
